Cancellation Policy - Single Booking
A credit card number & expiry date is required to secure a reservation. Your credit card will not be processed until you arrive, if you fail to arrive and have not given 48 hours notice of cancellation, your card will be processed for the value of one night's accommodation. Alternatively if you wish to pre-pay your accommodation we will provide details of our account for internet payment or process your credit card.
Group Cancellation Policy - (3 or more units)
A credit card number & expiry date is required to secure a reservation. Your credit card will not be processed until you arrive. Any cancellation with less than 3 days notice, your card will be processed for the full value of the booking. Any partial or full cancellation within 7- 3 days notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Alternatively if you wish to pre-pay your accommodation we will provide details of our account for internet payment or process your credit card.
